Description: The One-Design Racing Clinic Association (ORCA), is a non-profit organization established in 2004 for the benefit of youth amateur sailing. Focused primarily on elite racing clinics, ORCA helps amateur youth athletes meet their sailing goals. ORCA utilizes the talents of only the very best, most experienced coaches. ORCA coaches are carefully selected based on their sailing resumes, coaching resumes, and effectiveness as role models and life coaches.
