Hunter 707 Class Association
Offers bulletin board, contact information, insurance, chartering, and handicap racing.
The 707 Class emerged into the one design racing arena with the best possible foundation; a designer with an excellent and successful track record, and class association established and providing input during conception.
The fleet currently has a good balance of core boats and a turnover of second hand boats bringing new people into the fleet. The attraction continues to be huge fleets, enjoying fast, exciting and very competitive one design racing. The fleet is still recognised for its cost effective and impressively close racing.
The healthy Class Association adds to the ‘total scene’ - excellent racing and loads of fun off the water. Notably sociable, it has created a superbly friendly atmosphere which is shared from fleet to fleet across the UK. Major events and regattas such as Cowes, Cork Week, Round the Island Race as well as the Class Area and National Championships attract fleets of 45+ and socials to remember. With sheet and other loadings less high than larger heavier boats, the boat is well suited to mixed-sex crews.
Fleets large enough to support regular class racing are well established in Port Edgar, Burnham, and above all Hamble.

Memory Owners Association
The Memory is a 19 foot gaff rigged sloop in the image of the small inshore working craft found on the East coast of England in the early part of the Twentieth Century. While the hull is GRP it is a far cry from the usual modern plastic boat, the hull even being moulded with carvel planking lines! The rest of the boat is very traditional in appearance with wooden spars and fit out. The Memory carries 500 kg of ballast giving a 50% ballast ratio enabling it to stand up well to its sail area of 317 square foot with all sail hoisted.

Sydney 38 Class Association
Offering a fast, exciting and very easy to sail yacht, the Sydney 38 is designed for coastal and club racing as well as popular twilight sailing. With an appealing interior, the Sydney 38 also lends itself to corporate entertaining and weekend cruising. Benefiting from the extensive experience at Sydney Yachts, including the incredibly successful Sydney 41 and Admiral’s Cup Sydney 40, this new design will be a very fast yacht for its size.
The Sydney Yachts philosophy that “Performance is more important than rating. Speed is timeless, whilst rating is subject to change” will be no more apparent than in the new Sydney 38 design. The Sydney 38 is orientated toward the IRC rule (formerly CHS) as well as class racing.
